Robyn Conza is an executive leader, board advisor, and founder who works with organisations to strengthen leadership, elevate culture, and align people with performance. With more than two decades across corporate and for-purpose sectors, she brings a grounded, human approach supported by deep commercial insight and a strong belief in the power of people.

As Co-Founder and CEO of YOUmanity, Robyn partners with boards and executive teams to navigate complex people and organisational challenges, from executive recruitment and leadership assessment to governance advisory and organisational effectiveness. She is known for her clarity of thought, ethical leadership, and ability to turn complexity into confident decision-making.

Robyn’s experience spans sectors shaping Australia’s social and economic landscape, including the built environment, transport, professional services, health, environmental, and human services. She draws on her background in global and private equity–backed executive roles, coupled with a business psychology lens, to deliver practical insights and leadership solutions that create lasting impact.

She is completing a Master’s in Business Psychology, has undertaken the AICD Company Directors Course, holds advanced qualifications in strategic management, and is an Associate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Robyn also mentors emerging leaders through the Minerva Network and serves on the board of GEWO, supporting gender equity and social impact.
