BOARD ADVISORY

Within our Board Advisory services, we focus on cultivating excellence in leadership and governance, setting the stage for organisations to achieve unparalleled success.

Board Evaluation

Boards work most effectively when there is alignment between purpose, people and processes and key stakeholders have clarity, transparency and effective leadership.

Our approach allows the board to evaluate it's overall performance as well as individual performance and contribution. Our methods provide flexibility of approach with both online and in-person evaluations.

The assessments are designed to enable self-review to be completed quickly whilst providing effective insight through robust evaluation techniques.

YOUmanity provides comprehensive independent board evaluation for non-profits based on the AICD Not-for-Profit Governance Principles Second Edition, January 2019. We combine the AICD Not-for-Profit Governance Principles with the YOUmanity Governance and Culture Framework. This framework and methodology outlines the major components necessary for a high functioning board and effective governance program.
